We have moved to online scheduling for our K-2 winter conferences this school year. Please click the name of your child’s teacher below to schedule a conference. The forms are specific to each teacher, so if you have more than one child you need to complete a form for each student.

You will receive an automated email a few minutes after you submit your form, this confirms that your appointment has been recorded. If you do not receive a confirmation message within a few minutes you should resubmit your form, or email ryan.stowell@liberty.k12.oh.us

You will receive an email reminder of your appointment after conference scheduling closes at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, November 10th. No conferences will be scheduled after this deadline.
