Superintendent's Message
Greetings, Leopard Families,
As we near the end of the academic year, we are already looking forward to the 2023-2024 school year and the exciting changes it will bring to Liberty. Our top priority is the health, welfare, and safety of our students and staff, and we are pleased to announce the upcoming opening of QuickMed School-Based Health Clinic, which will provide essential medical and mental health services to our community.
In addition, we have been working tirelessly to upgrade our safety and security systems, and we are proud to say that our efforts have been recognized with a grant of $300,000 from the Ohio State Safety Grant. Our safety committee, comprised of law enforcement, first responders, township trustees, staff and parent representatives, and other district staff, has been instrumental in leading Liberty toward providing the safest possible environment for all.
As part of our ongoing efforts to increase business and community partnerships, our PAWS Partnerships program has provided valuable opportunities for individuals and businesses to contribute to the success of our students, staff, and district programs. We are committed to building on these partnerships and working together to achieve our common goals.
We are excited about the future of our Leopard community and look forward to sharing more information as plans progress. Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to the success of our students.
Sincerely,
Dr. Andy Tommelleo
Superintendent of Liberty School District
