Incoming preschool students must be 4 on or before September 30, 2024.

To Do:

Step 1: Pick up a preschool registration packet at the Blott Guy Elementary School office beginning Tuesday, February 20, 2024 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.  When you pick up the packet, you must schedule a registration appointment for your incoming preschool student. 

• Registration appointments, which are required, will begin the week of February 26, 2024.  Appointments will take approximately 40 minutes.

Step 2: On the day of your preschool registration appointment, you will need to bring copies of the following documents: 

• Completed preschool registration packet

• Proofs of income (For every adult in the household, you must provide two current pay stubs, a W2 from the previous year, or proof of assistance.)

• Two (2) proofs of residency (one must be a current lease or deed)

• Original birth certificate

• Social security card

• Parent/guardian’s driver license or state ID

• Court documents - most recent court order or foster placed paperwork (if applicable)

• Special education - I.E.P., E.T.R., 504 Plan (if applicable)
