Welcome Future Leopards!

Our preschool program provides a nurturing environment that promotes both shared and independent learning. We know children learn the best when they are actively involved and having fun. Students are given opportunities to be creative, learn to solve problems, develop language and social skills, and participate in literacy rich activities. Parent involvement is an important part of our preschool program and we invite parents and families to visit and be involved in their child’s learning. Our preschool program services 4 year-olds.

Registration
The Liberty Local School District’s preschool registration window is officially open! Incoming preschool students must be 4 on or before September 30, 2023.

To Do:

Step 1: Pick up a preschool registration packet at the Blott Guy Elementary School office beginning Monday, February 13, 2023 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Step 2: Call 330-759-1733 or email school counselor Kristie Sallee at kristie.sallee@liberty.k12.oh.us to schedule your registration appointment for your incoming preschool student. 

• Registration appointments, which are required, will begin the week of February 21, 2023.  Appointments will take approximately 40 minutes.

Step 3: On the day of your preschool registration appointment, you will need to bring copies of the following documents: 

• Completed preschool registration packet

• Proofs of income (For every adult in the household, you must provide two current pay stubs, a W2 from the previous year, or proof of assistance.)

• Two (2) proofs of residency (one must be a current lease or deed)

• Original birth certificate

• Social security card

• Parent/guardian’s driver license or state ID

• Court documents - most recent court order or foster placed paperwork (if applicable)

• Special education - I.E.P., E.T.R., 504 Plan (if applicable)
