Tickets are now on sale for Liberty High School's upcoming performance of Little Shop of Horrors.  

Riser sets new school record in 100 free Riser

Congratulations to Drew Riser for his 20th place finish at the state tournament! The Liberty High School junior, who has been swimming since elementary school, swam the race in 49.50 seconds. On his trek to states, Drew ended up breaking a Liberty High School record in the 100 free by swimming it in 49.07 seconds at districts!

Taste of Liberty event to benefit Liberty Schools Capital Campaign Taste of Liberty

The Liberty Leopard Alumni Association and the Sports Hall of Fame Committee will be sponsoring the inaugural Taste of Liberty event on Sunday, March 29, 2020, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. 

Liberty High School band to debut commissioned piece in April Musical Notes

In April, the Liberty High School Concert Band will debut an original piece of music, which was composed by Dr. Travis Weller to depict the journey of the district’s band and its director, Michael Summers.

Learn about the Liberty Board of Education's proposed permanent improvement levy Liberty PI Levy

At its November board meeting, the Liberty Board of Education voted to place a 2.5-mill, five year permanent improvement levy on the March 17, 2020 ballot. If passed, the new levy will initially generate $560,000 per year, for a five-year total of approximately $2,800,000.

There is a lot of great energy and momentum in the district that’s allowing our kids to flourish both in and out of school.   Along with the Liberty Board of Education, I pledge to you that we will continue to work hard on behalf of all of our students to ensure that they are Future Ready!   I look forward to a great 2019-2020 school year.
