Liberty Local Schools to shift to remote learning at the recommendation of the Trumbull County Board of Health remote

Beginning Tuesday, December 1, 2020, Liberty Local Schools will shift to remote learning through at least Sunday, January 3, 2021. The move is being done in accordance with recommendations from the Trumbull County Board of Health as key indicators in the county continue to rise above levels that local health officials consider safe. On Tuesday, November 24, 2020, the Trumbull County Board of Health passed the COVID-19 health advisory for Trumbull County recommending all public schools within the county transition to remote learning through the end of the 2020 calendar year.  All athletics and activities will be suspended through at least December 22, 2020, at which point our district will reassess the COVID-19 situation

Principal's Message

Dear Liberty Parents, Guardians and Students,

In spite of COVID-19, I hope you and your loved ones have been able to enjoy the beautiful summer that we have had.  As we navigate through this pandemic- I realize that patience, flexibility and understanding are vital characteristics as we begin this school year. The hallways here at the Blott/Guy building have been silent for too long; I am anxious and excited to welcome the staff and students back.  Whether it is in person or online, it is my hope to continue working together as a family and ensure that all students feel like they are part of our Liberty Leopard community!
