Ohio primary not rescheduled, voters encouraged to mail in absentee ballots

In case you missed it, Ohio lawmakers voted on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, to NOT rescheduled the primary election, which means Ohioans who wish to vote and haven't done so already will have to complete mail-in absentee ballots.

According to the Trumbull County Board of Elections, "ABSENTEE VOTING FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTION HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH APRIL 28, 2020. THERE WILL BE NO IN-PERSON VOTING, ALL VOTING SHALL TAKE PLACE THROUGH THE MAIL. YOU CAN OBTAIN AN APPLICATION FOR ABSENTEE VOTING BY CLICKING THE LINK ON OUR HOMEPAGE OR BY CALLING OUR OFFICE AND REQUESTING ONE. YOU MUST COMPLETE AN ABSENTEE APPLICATION (INCLUDING PARTY SELECTION) AND RETURN THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION TO THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS BY APRIL 25th."
